Security Protocol for the Information Collected 2035 EST 23 Feb 26

Yes, certain information is collected when you use my services: Names, Addresses, Parent’s Names, etc. All stuff that is listed on the Marriage license, collected under the authority of the applicable laws. These are retained in my records under tighter security. IF you ask for this information, you will need to meet me before I give it to you, IN person, and prove to me the reason why you require it. It will NOT be randomly passed out upon questioning. The security classifications that are listed are a general description using standard Canadian government terms.

The only portion that will become available will be ceremonies that are over five years old, AFTER the names have been redacted. This will come later in the process, as I upload them to a specific folder. ALL ceremonies are dated, but you will need to understand my file naming protocol to identify which ceremony is from a particular wedding.
